  • Just thought I would give some feedback which I would appreciate being forwarded to Alan Jones for David’s end of year appraisal.
  • Although I gave feedback at Xmas – see attached, I would like to add that in the 12months David has been in our office he has brought professionalism and helped contribute to delivery and will be a loss to our office.
  • Whenever I have asked for quick turnarounds or commercial disagreements to be resolved quickly, David has stepped up and made it happen.
  • The biggest compliment I can give is the number of people in my team that have approached me to express their disappointment in him moving on.
  • I do believe the move to Blackburn is a good one for him where he will be able to deliver as a senior QS In his own right and I am sure he will be able to manage the unique personalities there!
