▪ Successful submission of new tenders at Wembley Park (NEL North Eastern Lands)- Responsibilities include analysing the client cost plan, cross checking the quantities, floating the tender to Subcontractors, following up and finalising the package requirements with subcontractors and successful submission of the tender to client.
▪ Streamlining the subcontract procurement processes in line with the contract and allowable budget. Responsibilities includes finalizing the subcontractors, drafting subcontract agreement, issuing payment certificates, variations and final accounts.
