I understand myself to be a strong communicator, with great awareness and observation skills, which has been further developed within the HNC course. My experience of working within the NHS and a busy central Glasgow pharmacy has widened my communication skills and ability to work in partnership alongside colleagues and key agencies ensuring individuals care plans were being met and prescriptions received timeously, which I understand will be pertinent to the role I wish to achieve when developing plans/interventions unique to the person. Within these posts I worked under the direction of the lead health professional or named Pharmacist and supported them in their role but was also able to confidently undertake any other tasks from my own initiative to complete workloads.
