

Driven by a natural curiosity, I find interesting new and changing situations, these highlighting my ability to adapt to the unknown and where appropriate, the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems. Managing daily activities through planning, prioritization (based on severity ratings), efficiency (by grouping similar tasks) so that I meet the deadlines. These are achieved with good time management skills and by controlling the factors that distract me. Open and efficient communication, expressing ideas clearly, concisely and with confidence. Creativity and broad spectrum of fresh viewpoints. Also, able to argue and present my own ideas, as well as listening actively and accepting constructive feedback. These skills were acquired over several years by working in wide range of different jobs. I am looking for an opportunity to develop my current and new skills, and try new things.
At Glide I dealt with a wide range of different network equipment such as routers, switches, access points, CPE's etc. As well as different people like students, residents, staff, engineers, and 3rd party companies. My role had many duties and challenges however my main duties are troubleshooting and resolving issues with different network equipment or clients personal equipment, it can also involve billing or dealing with formal complaints. I focus on SLA deadlines and quality service. Even after 4 years of work at Glide I am still learning and improving as there is always room for growth.
