I also drive Belmond passenger services .
I started on the railway in July 1991 on the railway training scheme, In October 1992 I became an Trainman D . I passed out for driving January 1996 and remained at Norwood Depot , mainly driving passenger trains which was mixed traction. After climbing through the links and doing Class 1 100 mph passenger work to Milton Keynes from East Croydon , the service became a stopping suburban service and was not as appealing and became repetitive. Feeling i was no longer being challenged I applied for a train drivers job with DB Cargo in 2014.
