Group Quality Coach

Tesco
Highland
2025.03 - Current

Responsible for delivering the Quality KPI for 21 Tesco Stores in the Highlands. This role involved working for the Store Director, involving coaching everyone from colleagues to store managers to ensure the group was on target to achieve the Quality Measure.

I spoke at Store Manager Meetings, hosted audit workshops for Shift Leaders, Team Managers and Store Managers to ensure they were equipped with the knowledge they needed to run their stores safely, legally and operationally sound. I also ensured the all large corporate launches were done to the specification, often having to do this remotely due to the geography of my group.

I also identified key opportunities and worked with the office to plug the skill gaps.
