• Oversaw seven rental locations across five cities in Sweden, focusing on staff recruitment, training, and performance management. Implemented and actioned sales strategies for branches and individual staff to drive revenue growth and maximise customer engagement. Responsible for developing and improving operational processes, ensuring compliance with HR, health and safety, and insurance standards. Led the opening of new branch locations, managing setup, systems, and staffing. Oversaw credit management, fines, supplier relationships, pricing, and contracts, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and consistent service quality across all locations.

Managed replacement car bookings across Ireland and the UK for Zurich Insurance and third-party customers. Ensured rental branches delivered seamless service for customers while maintaining strong communication and collaboration with insurance teams. Handled reporting, meetings, complaints, and implementation of best practices to optimise service quality and operational efficiency.

• Managed and analysed business billing processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across corporate accounts. Reviewed invoices, identified discrepancies, and resolved billing issues while liaising with internal teams and external clients.
