TOPS2 UKI launch: Successfully mentored 3 teams while working on setting up & customizing the application for UKI region as per user requirements. Also handled its risk & mitigation plan.
Best Platform: Led the cloud compliance gates and resolved the security issues which are Critical, High and Medium.
M&As: As part of this project, worked on different mergers from Tech standpoint and was involved with clients, finance, IT and several other teams to ensure the transition of team and tech is smooth & made sure to are merged with our existing applications.
Appeal Tracker: Rolled out the new Appeal Item management feature which reduced reliance on third-party software. It would save 100k USD in 1styear, and eventually more every passing year with increase in number of team members.
Cyprus Migration: Saved about 100K USD infrastructure and maintenance cost annually by Migrating all data to exiting system
Connector: Streamlined Americas and Rockport valuation models to automate "Cash Flow As-Of" and "As-Is" calculations. This improvement saves appraisers at least one hour per assignment, resulting in an estimated annual financial benefit of over $742K (specifically, $348K and $394K).
As part of another implementation, I worked on moving the connector DB to cloud and application to support both on-prem DB and cloud DB to meet regional requirements of clients.
