Connector: Streamlined Americas and Rockport valuation models to automate "Cash Flow As-Of" and "As-Is" calculations. This improvement saves appraisers at least one hour per assignment, resulting in an estimated annual financial benefit of over $742K (specifically, $348K and $394K).
As part of another implementation, I worked on moving the connector DB to cloud and application to support both on-prem DB and cloud DB to meet regional requirements of clients.
