Reporting directly to the Hospital Transfusion Team Chair, I have successfully led the transfusion team in achieving significant milestones, optimizing transfusion processes for both adult and paediatric populations, and ensuring alignment with the organisation's strategic goals. In this role, I balance the demands of clinical leadership with a focus on data-driven decision-making, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and patient-centred care.

As a Clinical Nurse Leader, I promoted effective teamwork within a multidisciplinary environment, ensuring that care delivery consistently reflected the core values of compassion, respect, and professionalism. In the absence of the Senior Nurse, I took charge of the practice setting, coordinated staffing schedules, and optimized resource allocation. I contributed to workforce planning by analyzing trends, ensuring adequate staffing levels, and deploying staff based on their skills and competencies. Additionally, I conducted staff appraisals, supported professional development, and led risk assessments and clinical incident reporting to maintain high standards of safety and quality care.
