Summary

I am a confident, caring, assertive and organised Deputy Manager of a nursery looking for a new opportunity to make a real difference into the lives of children and young people. With over 7 years of experience working in the Early Years education sector, I have supported teachers, managers, speech and language therapists, inclusion partners and directors to facilitate the learning and development of children from four months to five years. With an extensive background in working with young people, including hands-on experience supporting the delivery of the EYFS and the UK primary curriculum, I can contribute immensely to the development and management of Early Years and KS1 settings. I also possess strong planning as well as excellent time management skills, which enable me to develop lessons and activities to not only engage the children but ensure all make progress.
