• Deal Advisory, working within the Transaction Services Real Estate and Infrastructure team;
• Managing high value transactions (buy side and sell side) across real estate, infrastructure, energy and private equity and re-financing diligence, liaising directly with clients, advisors and lawyers;
• Diligence carried out on energy and infrastructure assets include windfarms (in development phase across UK and Asia), District heating (Finland) and a Hydroelectric plant (CEE region);
• Real estate assets include Hotels (including brands such as Jury's Inn, Hilton, Radisson Blu, and Marriott), student accommodations, and house-builder's;
• Transport assets include Thames Uber boat (clipper), a European Rail and Bus company, a UK Bus company, and an international medical logistics company (Biocair);
• Clients include CPP, OTPP, Countrywide, Macquarie Group, KKR, JLL Pandox and LXi among others;
• Preparing deal proposals, managing junior staff and providing on the job coaching and feedback
• Research and prepare business development documents for client meetings, carry out engagement risk management, client relationship management, prepare, attend, and deliver team training and provide performance reviews.

• EMA Business planning and Special Projects, Working in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa Chief Operating Officers office, coordinating strategic business planning and special projects to ensure the region is aligned with the KPMG Global Strategy and priorities
• Leading on the execution of the EMA annual business planning cycle working with Country COO's, CFOs, and Senior partners, preparing workshops, presentations, and speeches to communicate the right strategic-level messages to the region to impact and drive forward change and growth
• Supporting the EMA Special Projects Partner on various sensitive projects in the region and assisting on the roll out of Strategic Growth Initiatives (SGI) in member firms.

• Managing teams to provide high quality audit services to medium and large Banking and Financial Services clients, alongside staff appraisals and running internal technical training courses
• Key clients/projects included: HSBC - Statutory Audit 2014 (Group Reporting), Deutsche Bank - Controls Audit/CASS Audit 2015 (UK Entity), Punjab National Bank International Limited - Statutory Audit (UK Entity), Deutsche Bank London - Statutory Audit 2015.

• Based in France, controlling revenue and costs (multi-currency) for 17 ski resorts across France, Switzerland, and Austria
• Responsible for training and managing 17 resort accountants, ensuring they act in accordance with procedures and processes
• Consolidation of resort P&Ls, presenting consolidated European financials, KPIS and monthly forecasts and supporting the Finance Director in the London office with the year-end accounts and statutory audit preparation.

• Over 4 years I built a portfolio of my own clients for which I was responsible for: Tax (VAT returns, VAT investigations, preparing Corporation Tax Computations, and Personal Tax: returns for partnerships and high net worth clients); Accounts Preparation (for Sole Traders, Partnerships & Companies); Audit (Cross sector); Corporate Finance: Acquisition due diligence; and Management Accounting: Monthly Management Accounts preparation.

• Experience carried out full time for 2 years in the legal arm of the business continued to a part time position for 4 years in the estate agency arm, alongside studying.
