I am an 18 year old who has finished their final year at college where I studied 3 A levels (Economics, Business, and Psychology). I have developed the skills to allow me to communicate efficiently, respectfully, and importantly joyfully through my last job where the business sadly closed. In my previous job I worked at Birch Selsdon and managed the pass, this has allowed me to develop communication skills with fellow employees and customers. Whilst working alongside Michelin Star Lee Westcott I was able to learn the skills and importance of presentation whilst being able to experience it firsthand occasionally in the first Michelin Star restaurant in Croydon. This coupled with the pressure of managing the kitchens pass during times where covers exceeded 170 has allowed me to adapt to stressful situations in the workplace and remain calm, the ability to delegate and manage a team to maximise efficiency. These set of skills alongside my work ethic allow to be a great candidate for this position. I am an eager and driven individual who loves learning new skills through different experiences and conditions.
Hobbies: I spend most of my time in the gym training or running, I have a great passion for fitness with high levels of commitment. I have played and supported rugby since the age of 4 playing for Warlingham rugby football club.
