For a week I was following around a surgeon and observed the patient interactions in clinical settings, setting prescriptions, surgeries and post-care. This provided

• Developed understanding of standard hospital procedures for better assistance in a clinical setting.
• Showed respect and friendliness to all patients and staff in a clinical environment.
• Consistently arrived at work on time and ready to start immediately.
• Displayed energy and enthusiasm in a fast-paced environment.

It was a rare and special opportunity which I was very grateful for.

It is a very demanding job sometimes but it is a very enjoyable and rewarding job.

• Managed children's day-to-day schedule including school, play dates, appointments, bedtime routines to keep life orderly.
• Handled minor emergencies efficiently whilst maintaining composure leading to minimal disruption or distress.
• Created fun-filled games keeping children entertained throughout the break.
• Responded appropriately to physical and emotional needs of the child, ensuring their comfort at all times.
