I am a very caring and loving person, I have varied experience in care roles in a variety of settings including home care and end of life care for my father who suffered from heart failure and stroke symptoms for 10 years, my cousin who has down syndrome, my uncle through cancer and my Great Nana. From my CV you can see that I have proven success in working in different Care homes which I have loved, there I gained skills in dealing with catheters, stoma care, moving and handling, monitoring food and fluid intakes. Administering and monitoring medication and all personal care. I always prioritize a patients wellbeing, safety and dignity through conscientious care and support and am dedicated to achieving positive outcomes by delivering excellent patient care.
