I am a reliable,team player and hard-working production operator with five years' experience in the packaging sector, and I would now like to develop my skills in a team leader role. Adapting quickly to new technologies improving overall efficiency of tasks and a hard worker. I acted as team leader in the team leader absence, helping to organise shifts and tasks. I assisted in training new starters in processes and safety, and identified and reported issues to ASL or TL. I am good at communication, teamwork and problem-solving. Before, I was responsible for covering the role of team leader in a Multi Format area, and I am currently doing the same in Packing Hall. I have experience with IFS (can use everything what is nessecary) and packaging and production. I enjoy helping and supporting others, and I am happy to learn new things.
