As first point of contact, I look after issues raised at Sadler Road from assisting with the weekly fire alarm testing to Pest Control, raising job requests to Estates and Facilities Support via the Business Services Portal. I undertake weekly inspections of the site, ensuring it is hazzard free, any hazzards are reported and dealt with promptly, checking IT equipment is also fit for purpose. I These issues and defects are recorded on a spreadsheet and sent weekly to the Operational Support Manager. I assist with monthly cleaning audits, maintaining the cleanliness of the Sadler Road is upheld, making notes of areas that needed addressing and following these up.
I also ensure that all records are up to date and that accurate and correct management information is made available.
Monitor and maintain the office electronic and manual filing systems (in accordance with GDPR procedures) ensuring that information can be easily located and is responsibly disposed of when no longer required in line with Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service policies.
Having been vetted by the Home Office, I undertake the Minutes as and when required for Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service NILO (National Inter-Agency Liaison Officers) Team.
Update the Service's Business Continuity Plans on the National Resilience Direct register.
