Head of Commercial Projects & Technical Programme Manager on Essex County Councils Commercial Core Estate for Capital Maintenance and project delivery, during the role I have developed and reshaped the processes already set out between Mitie and Essex County Council, evolving new and more efficient ways of delivering projects on time and in budget whilst managing and improving their day to day operational procedures.

Managing and successfully delivering over £30Million in Capital Projects, ranging from Minor works and insurance up to Major Projects.

I have successfully led a team of over 20 Personnel, comprising of Project Managers, Minor works Managers, Insurance Managers, Quantity Surveyors and Admin Staff in the delivery of Commercial works for ECC.
