Encouraging the children to participate in group activities and acting/singing/dancing if they are shy or unfamiliar with new activities

Assisting the main teacher in teaching new musical theatre skills and motor skills and occasionally taking over on the occasion that the main teacher is incapable of teaching
Adjusting methods of teaching for younger and older children alike (due to teaching 4-6 year olds and 6-7 year olds in an older class), ensuring their happiness and comfort during exercises
Taking responsibility and making sure to contact the head admin at Stagecoach when children are having a particularly difficult time settling into the class, or children are particularly poorly behaved
Communicating with parents of children to ensure that they understand how their children's skills are developing and whether there are certain things that they need to go over with their children or acknowledge (e.g. assisting a parent with an assessment of ADHD for their child)
