• Have been managing a team of 14 people for the past 2 years, as well as doing all the tasks that the current team leader is suppose to be doing. Returns to Work, Appraisals, Investigations, managing the QEQM Site, making sure that all the problematic stock was actioned and dealt with, planning work around annual leave, making sure that its run efficiently and up to and above standards.

• Daily responsibilities include managing a team of 14 staff making sure that sufficient PPE is on site, joining both the huddle meeting and the product meeting calls to insure that all the information regarding any present product issues are passed to relevant people and that the
  hospital runs smoothly.
• Assisted with staff development by implementing effective, hands-on training programmes for new employees, maximising performance and engagement from day one.

• Daily responsibilities include ordering and putting away products for the wards as well as answering queries regarding medical and other products.
