  • My role at Fluid Branding was to ensure the smooth running of orders; I was the contact for select customers placing orders and enquiries with Fluid and it was my responsibility to ensure these ran as smoothly as possible. In my time at Fluid Branding my day-to-day duties would include:
  • - Process orders received from our clients
  • - Liaise with relevant internal Sales Managers, suppliers and courier companies to ensure that the orders were fulfilled as per our clients requirements.
  • - Build good rapport with clients via phone or email and keep them informed with progress of their orders
  • - Keep my personal admin up to date daily and help other colleagues around me that needed assistance.

  • In June of 2023 I started my Business Administration apprenticeship in the NHS in the community Mental Health Team. My time consisted of learning but doing a variety of tasks in my non-study time to develop my skills and gain knowledge more, travelling between St Austell and Truro to see how the two different teams operate. On a day-to-day basis I would do morning huddle meetings and make sure every day was smooth running as it can be in a stressful environment. My tasks in the mental health team would consist of the following:
  • - Using different systems which included Rio, Integra and Microsoft.
  • - Ordering stationary and purchasing medical equipment.
  • - Sitting in on weekly multi-disciplinary team meetings. (MDT)
  • - Arranging transportation for clients, patients, and members of staff.
  • - Discharging and allocation patients writing up notes.
  • - Answering phone calls, also ringing patients and clients including emailing them and sending letters.
  • - Building trust and good rapport with patients and staff.
