• Attend all meetings with ITV Senior Leadership team and foster positive relationships. Contribute effectively and accurately in all Business review meetings
• Create budgets for all productions. Ensuring implementation of cost-saving measures without affecting quality or timelines.
• Oversee all productions from small development projects to large scale location filming and multi-camera studio shows
• Ensure Albert certification across all productions
• Develop all production schedules ensuring alignment with deadlines and Determine suitable crew requirements for projects
• Lead the implementation of new technology to optimize workflows, Trint for transcribing etc
• Oversee post production workflow of all productions
• Negotiate deals for productions and organize contracts.
• Responsible for H&S on all productions liaising very closely with the ITV Health and Safety team
• Oversee Duty of Care on all productions liaising very closely with the ITV Duty of Care team
• Oversee overseas filming and all relevant legal paperwork
• Contribute to the wider management and day-to-day running of a large company.
