I produce Expatriate Housing surveys that cover process to rent and expat rental pricing globally. The data is used by corporate to set budgets for their expatriate staff on international assignments and to create relocation policy. I specialise in hardship assignments where exceptions to policy are the rule.

The company was the first privately owned corporate relocation company to achieve ISO certification and it grew to became the largest privately owned company in the global mobility industry at the time.

I spearheaded development throughout EMEA, starting with accession countries that joined the EU in 2003 and later African countries on client request

The company had 3 offices (Rome, Milan, Turin) with up to 50 staff on payroll and over 250 external consultants

Spoke regularly at industry conferences ( EuRA (European Relocation Association) and ERC (Employee Relocation Council)

Awarded MIM Fellowship of EuRA Association

Fitness instructor to embassy personnel in Rome, Italy.

I devised 'Floormat workouts' for embassy staff and held them on embassy premises during lunch break and after work:
