  • Currently manage over 40 students progressing through their probationary period, including welfare, support and development.
  • Force Lead for new entry pathway for police officers. Mapped, planned and led the delivery of the project from its infancy to delivery.
  • Throughout my career I have been a Front Line Response officer, Coroner's officer, Force Standards Manager within Economic Crime, Vulnerability Coordinator. I can respond quickly to emergency situations, leading calm and effective negotiations with suspects to diffuse highly charged situations, lead teams into challenging situations and support those around me.
  • Create and maintain force strategies, write policies in line with Force priorities, College guidelines and government legislation to support .
