
I am currently the Accounts and Office manager for Larne Chemists Limited.
Larne Chemists have 20 shops. The core aspects of my job are to ensure invoices are processed and paid in accordance with their payment terms, collating and reporting weekly and monthly income figures, aid in the preparation of payroll for over 350 employees, managing an office team of five, co-ordinating drivers for prescription collection, bank and credit card reconciliations, calculating and submitting VAT returns and dealing with day to day queries.
In the past 12 months we have upgraded our invoicing and payment systems with the introduction of Lightyear and Sage Modulr payments, I aided the set up of Lightyear and solely set up the modulr payment system for both invoicing and payroll.
