Photographer/designer since 2009. Commercial photography, events, weddings, christenings, family portraits and school photos. Gregarious, positive and patient. Clients include La Fee Absinthe, Rock and Co, St Matthews Primary School Cobham, Bayford Primary School, Bayford Pre School, The Voices Foundation, Best Theatre Arts.

As a gym instructor I was responsible for the smooth running of the gym, pool and spa areas. I helped people establish and reach their fitness goals through inductions and fitness assessments. I instructed Spin Cycling, Aquafit, Core Conditioning, Body Conditioning, Circuit Training, Boot Camps, Kettlebell and Dumbbell Strength Training classes.

I was recruited as Property Valuer and with a fabulous team helped push our office forward by increasing the conversion rate and quality of instructions and therefore sales. I was able to make my mark by bringing a proactive work ethos with a smile to my clients in Devon. I enjoyed immensely working with this busy estate agent. Great job satisfaction from generating and converting most of my market appraisals. The customer-facing aspect of the job was hugely appealing to me, not just carrying out valuations, I also thoroughly enjoyed guided viewings. I finished working at Bond Oxborough Phillips to focus on my family and some new ventures.

I managed a Grade 11 listed 17th Century detached house in Hertfordshire

Despite the move to Hertfordshire, I was tempted to commute back to Chiswick with the lure of an opportunity to turn around a failing office. With my role of Branch Manager, Valuer, Instruction taker, I drove the office into the top 10 of 300 Sequence offices nationwide. Through a strong desire to succeed, an excellent conversion rate of instructions from confident and considered market appraisals, stand out sales particulars through good photography and marketing, using enterprising business plans and building a competent team. One of my career highlights was winning the instruction and selling the most expensive house in Chiswick and banking £60,000 in a single fee. With this performance and a very healthy P&L sheet, I was awarded a handsome bonus with an all-expenses-paid international trip.

I was recruited for my impressive track record on sales and lettings to set up and run this new office. Initially with the dual role of sales and lettings and then solely driving sales forward. In June 2004 I relocated to Hertfordshire.

I was recruited by Tate Partnership to drive lettings forward. In 31/2 years the lettings department went from strength to strength with a substantial portfolio of managed properties. Always going the extra mile at the point of valuation, instruction and let. This was noticed by Featherstone Leigh who recruited me for their new office in Chiswick.
