Application takes data from front office sources across asset classes and reports to regulators via Global Trade Repositories

Responsibilities

• Staffing, Estimation and building resourcing road maps, Vendor management, Training, Test Plan, Test Strategy, Automation Strategy, CI enablement, Regular executive reports highlighting progress and risks, Retrospective and causal analysis, Key Quality Metric reporting. Be a problem solver and overcome and UAT obstacles . Hands on activities including . executing Test cases designed for the User stories
• On a daily basis, collaborate with other stakeholders, such as developers, project managers , Regional leads , people from Business and business analysts, to ensure that testing aligns with project goals and objectives.
• Addressed problems critically, implement optimal solutions to boost overall system performance.Oversee focused testing processes to capture meaningful insights into current processes.
• Define and review automation testing scope, strategy, framework and approach.Hands on experience on JIRA, ALM, UFT, Unix, VB Scripts, SQL, MS Project, SELENIUM GHERKIN BDD test set up ,Advanced Excel.
• On a daily basis , Track and Report overall testing and delivery status, highlight and mitigate any delivery risk. Be the voice and bridge between of the QA and rest tof the departments.
• Handling defect management of project along with development and business leads.Define path to reduce defects at later stage of SDLC cycle by defect prevention analysis
• Creating CI Automation pipeline and overnight execution using Jenkins , TeamCity or GitLab for regression suite.led teams through agile, DEVOPS and automation transformations (JIRA to GITLAB migration ) .

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and publish test plan based on application functional requirements, define test cases and prepare test data for CMC's front end trading platform
• Organize daily SCRUM meetings and work as per prioritized task. Planned and managed all project test stages, coordinating with external teams and contributing to project checkpoint meetings.

• Maintain Version control of the QTP scripts in QC 10 and enhance the scripts for every functional change, enhancement in a release
