Summary

Motivated social work student with statutory placement experience in adults social care. Through my placement I have demonstrated the ability to coordinate and facilitate appropriate placements for adults ensuring that the outcome is person- centered. I am skilled in working collaboratively with adults, and their families, and also multidisciplinary teams to support informed decision-making and promote independence. I also have additional hands-on experience from domiciliary care and care home settings, with an understanding of the needs of vulnerable adults and delivery of quality care.
