From previous work experience, I have learnt to enjoy interacting with customers and have developed customer service skills from nearly a year working in customer orientated industries.
From previous endeavours, I have developed the following skills:
Throughout my education I have always been commended for my reading and literature abilities, consistently achieving the highest scores on reading assessments. In my third year of secondary school, I won an award for reading ability during the end of year presentation having scored the highest possible score on the reading assessments.
I have earned my Bronze Duke of Edinburgh award, having completed the hike, skills and physical sections
Piano - Initial Grade
Guitar - Grade 4
Drums - Grade 5
(Now working towards grade 8 on both drums and guitar)
Currently, I am working towards my Emergency Health and Safety qualification for my job as a Leisure Assistant where I will be able to delivery emergency first aid in the event of a customer injury
All my life, I have had a passion for music. For over 8 years, I have dedicated myself to learning the guitar and drums to the point where I am now working towards the grade 8 exam for both respective instruments. From this, I have formed a band with other students at college. I enjoy performing at local venues with the band - it has been a great confidence booster for me. As part of this, I am also required to manage the bands social media accounts and communicate with venues in a professional to arrange events and payments.
On top of this, I love the outdoors and walking and I keep myself fit by going to to the gym at least twice a week.
