In practical terms I am responsible for taking residents to hospital appointments, organising social such as concerts, meals and attendance at residents' family events. I am responsible for the logistics of the event - I transport the residents to the events in a specially-adapted mini-bus, some of whom are disabled and are wheelchair users and others who have complex needs.
