Summary

I'm an Authenticity Coach who supports leaders overcome their insecurities so they can step into their authentic leadership style with confidence. I also work with learning and development teams in organisations to nurture and support their leaders and teams to work together so that they succeed in the correct ethical environment that brings out the best in people. I am NCIP Accredited as a Performance Coach with NLP and I maintain my professional standards with regular supervision and ongoing professional learning.


I am committed to supporting people through challenges, so that they find their self confidence, overcome their limiting beliefs and succeed in achieving their goals.


I have brought my 20+ years in education to my current coaching role and use the insight gained as a school leader and coordinator of professional learning to my current role as a self employed coach. I have very high standards and I seek ongoing feedback for constant improvement.


I'm highly proficient in using online technologies, and I also have a vast experience of delivering professional learning in person.
