I am an ambitious and driven individual who strives to progress and consistently produce work to the highest possible standard. I take pride in the quality of my work and approach tasks with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
Over the past year in my role as a Sales Support Administrator, I have gained valuable experience. Whether it is supporting account managers, producing key business documentation (such as contractual agreements, price lists, formal quotes and site lists), onboarding new customers, coordinating communication between internal teams and external stakeholders, communicating with internal and external stakeholders via telephone & email and fluency in the Microsoft office package (specifically on applications such as: Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint and Teams). This experience has strengthened my communication and operational skills while giving me strong insight into how different areas of a business collaborate to deliver strong results.
Along with this, my experience within the Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship provided me with a strong understanding of how organisations in general function. Through the course, I developed knowledge across key Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours (KSBs) including project planning, stakeholder communication, business documentation, and process coordination. I gained practical experience using organisational tools such as Gantt charts for project planning, supporting workflow management, maintaining accurate record-keeping, and ensuring tasks progressed efficiently across teams within time constraints.
This apprenticeship also strengthened my professional behaviours, including accountability, attention to detail, effective communication, and continuous improvement. These experiences helped me understand how structured planning, performance tracking, and collaboration contribute to successful business operations and team performance.
Alongside my professional life, I have managed several entrepreneurial and digital projects which have allowed me to develop leadership and business management skills.
Firstly, I founded and managed an e-commerce drop-shipping business where I monitored financial performance by tracking net profit and analysing business statistics on a bi-weekly basis. I also coordinated project activities and managed my teammate to progress the venture while reinvesting revenue into targeted advertising strategies to grow the business.
Speaking on my YouTube business, I have managed and contributed to YouTube channels with over 30,000 subscribers. Within this role, I coordinated a small team by delegating responsibilities such as thumbnail creation and parts of the video production process. The channel focused on trending topics across multiple genres including combat sports, online culture, and documentary-style content covering gaming and current news events. Through analysing performance metrics on a bi-weekly basis such as audience engagement and content reach, I was able to continuously refine content strategy to improve channel growth.
Across all of these experiences, my biggest takeaway is that meaningful results come from analysing current performance and identifying opportunities for improvement. I am highly progression-focused and motivated to continuously develop both professionally and personally.
For this reason, I am particularly interested in roles that allow me to develop leadership and management capabilities while contributing to business growth and team performance.
As a Sales Support Administrator, the tasks I completed on a day-to-day basis varied, each day was different. In general, please see tasks I would perform below:
