Coordinated STEM initiatives across the school to enhance student engagement. I implemented a whole school strategy to raise awareness of STEM subjects and career opportunities. This included positive praise for the students who worked well in these subjects, completing in various STEM competitions using enrichment. Students had the opportunity to do, Race for the line, Design Ventura, Lego first league and Green power racing.
