I was employed a full time as a administrative assistant for a 5 form entry primary school. I provided day-to-day administrative support such as welcoming visitors to the school and dealing with their enquiries, answering the phone
managing email/post and using IT systems to draft letters, emails, reports, newsletters. I monitored school supplies keeping paper and ordered resources when required, booking school outings and arranging the transportation. I was also responsible for ensuring medical care plans were reviewed annually and medication was in date.
