Volunteer First Aider
Since 2021, I have volunteered as a first aider with Spartans (Midlands) RUFC, assisting their 1st team in Counties 1 Midland West (North). After finishing in April 2024, I joined the Staffordshire Quantums Rugby League Team for the summer season. I then provided first aid for Rugeley Rugby Club for the 2024/2025 union season. My role incuded providing immediate medical response, administering basic first aid, applying necessary sports taping to players, and ensuring first aid supplies are stocked. Effective communication, calmness under pressure, and accurate documentation are key skills I've developed to ensure player safety and preparedness in emergencies.
