Since 2021, I have volunteered as a first aider with Spartans (Midlands) RUFC, assisting their 1st team in Counties 1 Midland West (North). After finishing in April 2024, I joined the Staffordshire Quantums Rugby League Team for the summer season. I then provided first aid for Rugeley Rugby Club for the 2024/2025 union season. My role incuded providing immediate medical response, administering basic first aid, applying necessary sports taping to players, and ensuring first aid supplies are stocked.
