Summary

Through my experience working full-time with the HMRC as well as studying for my computer science degree and tutoring a cohort of children the GCSE sciences. I have been put in a situation where I need to be able to deliver a quality service at pace and manage my time extremely effectively. My work has allowed me to build that experience and confidence when handling the enquiries of customers and resolve my cases, as well as build my knowledge on the computer sciences at the same time.
