I am a dedicated and ambitious final-year student at George Heriot’s School in Edinburgh, with a strong passion for English and the arts. I successfully completed a six-month academic programme with the University of Cambridge, deepening my critical thinking and communication skills. Alongside my studies, I’ve gained valuable hands-on experience in customer service and hospitality while working at a family-run pop-up restaurant during the Edinburgh Festival.
Age: 17
Gender: Female
Nationality: Scottish
Ethnicity: Italian
My main academic passion is English; for which I was accepted into a prestigious six month programme where myself and a small group of academics read various novels and shared opinions and discussed. This allowed me to develop debating skills and a deeper knowledge of literature.
I was also awarded the Cunningham Prize for creative writing last year after submitting a retelling of the Greek myth regarding Eros and Psyche.
I am also passionate about acting, having been accepted into the National Youth Theatre where I aim to improve myself and advance in the career.
