Ryan Welsh

I have worked for soccer star coaching for a one week summer holiday camp in which I helped coaches with equipment or looked after the children taking part when the coach wasn’t able to.

I then continued this on a weekly course in which I was one of the main coaches setting up equipment and helping the head coach take control of lessons helping the children learn new skills, techniques and attributes to improve them at Football. I also took part in refereeing and coaching games individually which allowed me to further improve my confidence, leadership and communication skills which I was struggling with at that time.

I am a friendly person available for weekend, evening and holiday shifts. Considered hard working, punctual and driven. Eager to contribute to team success and willing to push towards the highest level possible and progress forward. Motivated to learn, grow and excel in any working environment.
