A highly driven and hard-working Health Visitor with in-depth knowledge of practising in a diverse population such as London. I am confident, adaptable, self-motivated and enthusiastic about my role as a Health Visitor and enjoy working with people. I am looking to join a team that will enhance my skills and knowledge and continue to develop professionally as well as personally.

• Supported a colleague in creating and running of Antenatal classes and manage them weekly
• Took part in the 2 day Mecsh programme and recruited clients onto it.
• Worked with other health and social care agencies as a Psychosocial Health Visitor Link. This involved monthly meetings organised by the midwives at the Royal Free Hospital to discuss and plan for pregnant women who had been identified as vulnerable. As the link I would be responsible for clear and concise information sharing and documentation to ensure that the work was allocated accordingly.
• Contributed to positive patient experience by conducting a Patient story.
• Responsible for organising Clinic rota, 6-8 week clinic rota as well as the Antenatal classes and came up with system that reduced waiting times and helped the be more organised.
• Took part in the Agile Working and locality Transformation
• Had the children’s services commissioner for half a day to learn more about my day to day activities.
