  • One of two property managers, to oversee the operation and maintenance of a portfolio of over 350 high end, leased residential properties in the Vauxhall and Nine Elms area, on behalf of the property owners.
  • Solely responsible for the management of various high profile and multi landlords.
  • Communicating with tenants and owners by telephone and email about the other party's concerns and helping them resolve any issues, such as maintenance needs or building management issues.
  • Sourcing and instructing contractors and suppliers for repairs, maintenance and property improvements, following up to make sure the work is carried out and payment is received from the property owner and the suppliers paid on time.
  • Managing tenancy renewal and end of tenancy processes including rent increases and deposit returns.
  • Maintaining property records, including property licenses, tenancy agreements, tenancy surrenders and end of tenancy forms.
  • Completing thorough property inspections before, during and after tenancies, reporting back to the property owner any maintenance issues or refurbishment needs.
  • Managing the payment of service charges and ground rents to the building management companies on behalf of the property owners.
  • Contacting tenants for overdue rent arrears and update property owners accordingly.
