I completed a week of work experience at Harmony Hill Primary School where I helped carry out the following tasks.

• Partnered with teachers to plan and organise lessons following school curriculum and daily timetable.
• Observed pupils closely in classroom and playground environment to encourage engagement.
• Acted as a superb role model, consistently promoting school mission and values.
• Monitored children in spaces between classes, keeping disruptions to minimum.

This was a most enjoyable experience working with both the children and the Teachers.

• Greeted customers, presented menus and shared information about available special items.
• Prepared tables for guests and reset tables between customers.
• Delivered food and drinks efficiently for seamless service.
• Checked in with customers during meals to check orders were received correctly and met guests' expectations.
• Regularly communicated with kitchen and bar staff to maintain smooth front of house operations, minimising potential service delays.
• Calculated charges, issued bills and collected payments.

At this setting I thoroughly enjoyed working with the public and meeting their needs in such a fast paced environment.
