Gained experience in animal care, retail and customer service during a three-month role at dog daycare facility. Cared for and exercised dogs, assisted the groomer, maintained cleanliness, and managed social media for the daycare and shop. Managed shop operations, including stock control, ordering, customer service, product advice on raw dog food and treats, handling deliveries, and opening/closing premises. I also managed online bookings and liaised with customers and colleagues to coordinate schedules. Strengthened communication, organisation and multitasking skills while developing retail experience in customer service, sales and daily shop operations.
