Over the last 17 years I’ve undertaken several managerial roles which have been integral in the expansion and financial growth of the business. Over the last 10 years I’ve managed the Public Sector division which has grown exponentially. Having started with less than 50 clients, the division has now accumulated over 700 clients across 227 Local Authorities and 26 UK Police Forces. I have also gained contracts with OFCOM, National Highways, HS2, NOMS, Environmental Agency and several specialist law enforcement agencies. Annual targets are delivered via my strategic sales strategies. I manage a sales team who work at a fast pace with clarity.

I’m experienced in sales, account management and marketing. I am very adaptable and sometimes work against the grain being a dyslectic forward thinker. Internally, I have work closely with all departments such as finance, NPD, production and operations. Being able to work vertically and laterally to ensure internal and external commercial needs are met. I also work closely with peers and mentors within the security industry. I have a continued thirst for knowledge and seek to learn from everyone and all situations.

I have obtained a plethora of bespoke surveillance projects with direct clients and value-added resellers and channel partners. I nurture and retain strong working relationships built on trust and results. Most projects require advanced technical specifications but most importantly always meet the expectations of clients’. With a big focus on after sales and continued technical support and industry guidance, my department has achieved a NPS score of 85.

My passion is to help clients to deliver tangible results and increase service productivity. In my current position this is applicable to, crime reduction, criminal prosecutions, improving neighbourhood safety that allow our communities to be a safer place to live, at the same time allowing my clients to reduce cost and time, but never reducing the quality of service.
