Providing support as a Line Manager for approximately 100 Royal Navy Service Parents during their Maternity, Adoption and Shared Parental Leave ensuring that they continue to feel valued by the Royal Navy and provide them with supported when they are at their most vulnerable.
Provide updates and amendments to Royal Navy policy documentation and publications.
Conduct assurance visits to external units and establishments ensuring standards, processes and procedures are being maintained.
Produce and deliver a termly coaching and mentoring programme for Service Parents.
Co-ordinate the Royal Navy Parents Network providing information and signposting for all Service Parents
