I am an enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking individual looking to transition into an exciting new career in aquaculture. I have a wide range of transferable skills and qualities that can be brought to the role of Marine Technician, including strong teamwork, the ability to perform well under pressure, and a strong commitment to health and safety.
My previous roles have provided me with experience operating equipment, including forklift operation and cargo handling, while also developing excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. In addition, my experience as a lifeguard and duty manager has equipped me with practical first aid skills and a strong focus on maintaining a safe environment for both colleagues and the public.
I am highly self-motivated, adaptable, and take pride in maintaining high standards in everything I do. I thrive in physically demanding outdoor environments and am eager to develop new skills in fish husbandry and marine site maintenance through hands-on experience.
I am excited by the opportunity to contribute to the high welfare standards at Scottish Sea Farms while building a rewarding long-term career within the aquaculture industry.
