*Ensure ESR data quality is well maintained in ESR through accuracy and completeness of regular BI reports, investigating and resolving any issues in a timely manner.

*Have a good knowledge of the ESR system including HR Admin, Business Intelligence, Absence management.

*Respond to both routine and Ad-Hoc enquiries from doctors, employees, managers and external organisations promptly and with sensitivity, tact observing the need for confidentiality at all times.

*Plan and organise own work schedule to ensure prioritisation and deadlines are met.

*Working closely with the Recruitment Team doing both the internal and external hires for the Trust and also processing DBS payments.
