Currently Employed within JLP as Deputy Branch Manager. As part of wider deputy branch manager team that is responsible for an annual turnover of circa £85 million per year and 450 Partners. In the current role I have an immediate line reporting team of 11 managers and 180 Partners with an additional 100 beauty consultants. Direct responsibility for a turnover of £45 million, working closely with many international brands ( Beauty, fashions, accessories, financial services). Within my remit I am also a work-stream lead for Branch financial costs/ P&L, Partner lifecycle ( including the democratic vitality of Bluewater JL), recruitment, branch communication and adherence to KPI achievement. The current role is instrumental in working with peers to deliver the future strategy for the branch and the Partnership. Also have retail responsibility for a £7million Branch renovation.

Store manager with full responsibility and accountability for delivering excellent customer service, Profitability through control of Branch P&L and all associated controllable costs ( including shrinkage), merchandising standards that drove profitable sales through availability, recruitment, achievement of financial service targets and all health and safety. I was also responsible for the opening of Walton on Thames branch and a dual site manager of Woking and Staines upon Thames. During employment with Debenhams I was store manager in the following locations; Southsea, Crawley, Hastings, Worthing, Folkestone, Woking, Walton on Thames and Staines upon Thames.

Senior Manager with Asda wal*mart. Responsibilities for all customer service in the Branch, all front line operations of payment, deliver from store, opticians, pharmacy and George. Part of a team of 4 senior mangers reporting the the General manger

Senior manager as part of the team within various branches, direct responsibility for all of the home assortment as part of the leadership team. In branch a total of 3 senior managers. worked within the team that re opened Guildford and Oxford street branches. delivering high commercial sales through effective team leadership.
