Following my return from the United Arab Emirates I entered a period of semi retirement, looking after our 4 grandchildren with my wife of 37 years.

I subsequently assisted my son-in-law with his construction business and overseeing contracts.

I am now looking for a new venture in life within the NHS or Security industries.

I am punctual, reliable, keen to learn and work well both independently or as part of a team.

Established own company investing in and managing real estate projects in the United Arab Emirates. Developing projects from design and concept, funding and delivery. Working with lead architects, accountancy practices ( Baker Tilly), law firms and developers.

Purchased and developed derelict public houses and negotiated leases with blue chip tenants including Sainsbury's, Tesco, Vets for Pets.

Established additional companies including purchasing and developing a marina in the Isle of Wight.
