Working as a freelance technician (mainly as a video technician) for a range of companies

• Supported existing crew as senior technician by mentoring in technical skills.
• Transitioning to be venues manager. A role overseeing a team of 8 staff across Perth. Managing KPI's and technician development.
• Ensured maintenance of AV equipment and facilitated improvements in venue installations.

• My journey in the AV world started here. I was employed as a technician initially to service the dry hire offering. This involved setting up basic AV solutions in hotels and venues along the M4 corridor.
• After being with the company for a couple of years, I progressed to be a senior technician. My responsibilities included client liaison, planning and delivering events from small scale shows to large productions

• Assisted in installation of marquees as a junior technician.
• Supported team in various setups and takedowns throughout the season.
• Collaborated with team members to ensure timely project completion.
• Became team leader responsible for projects and managing a crew of anywhere between 3 and 10 people
