As a student ambassador I have to help a large population of people on a daily basis. This includes things like: giving tours to large groups of adults interested in the university, helping lost people with directions around a large university campus, de-escalating any confrontations that myself or my coworkers may find themselves in, helping people with accessibility issues around the building and just being polite and helpful in general. Being an ambassador has taught me how to interact with people and help them with any problems they may have big or small.

.As an assistant, I had to consistently manage deliveries and stock, working with and servicing heavy assisted living equipment like evacuation chairs and defibrillators. Constructing my schedule around delivery times in order to effectively manage both aspects of the job. Some of my daily quotas to meet are usually:

•Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Overseeing dispatching of goods, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Improving inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock checks.

• Overseeing shipments.
• Carrying multiple heavy items off containers.
Fixing broken equipment.
