To provide individualised professional, competent and high quality care for all patients within the Theatre department

Assist and support the Senior Theatre Practitioners, Team Leaders, Theatre Co-ordinator and Clinical Lead, in the provision of high quality care and smooth running and efficient operating lists

Responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of individual patient care

To maintain a safe environment in accordance with the organisational standards

To provide effective clinical leadership within the Theatre department, acknowledging own limitations, in collaboration with the senior Theatre team

Maintain the comfort, dignity and privacy of patients at all times Demonstrate a broad knowledge of a range of theatre specialities Promote a positive learning environment for all team members

Be responsible in maintaining the cleanliness of the Environment to comply with the standards of the environment audit
